How we recover data
Four steps. You do not need the filesystem name. You need to know what the device is and when it failed.

Diagnose
We see whether the device talks. Logical loss or physical. Where possible, a list of files we can get, and the scale of the work.

Your call
If the list has what you need and the terms fit, we recover. If not, you take the device back - you do not pay for recovery.

Return
Files on your stick, drive or agreed media. Original back. A note on how not to repeat the same failure.
We do not guarantee every disk lives. We guarantee you do not pay for a failed recovery, and that your files are not sent to a third party. Analog video stays on the kasseta.ee bench.
